Website Review- Lara's Running in Place - covers lots of running stuff, but also the heart and mind behind all our fitness and nutrition efforts, including the good and the bad. The most recent post I read dealt with what goes on in the head, about pining over a missed race, making some food choices, and a lot more about thought processes. Lara's got a great blog to add to your collection of reading resources.

Excellent show. I really like the "live recordings" - the banter sounds natural and less scripted. Laughter is always great to hear. Not enough of it in this world.
Keep on burning bro.
