Ball Sizing- 90 degrees when sitting
Back Stretch- ball in the small of your back to your mid shoulders, arms way back over your head.
Side stretch- ball on your side, "outside" leg with foot flat, inside leg bent, inside arm with hand on ground, outside arm stretched.

Excellent show. I really like the "live recordings" - the banter sounds natural and less scripted. Laughter is always great to hear. Not enough of it in this world.
